Trap Bar Squat
This workout was simple yet challenging as I didn't use any other equipment besides the trap bar. I started off with 10 squats at 65lbs. Then, 9, 8, 7… all the way to 1. I then went all the way back up to 10… It took me 30 mins, but let me tell you I am feeling it today!
This weeks workout is the Viper Press! As you can tell I am a little bit on the struggling side. 50 pound presses are rough to say the least. Please don't focus on my terrible form, i'll get there next time. One of the main reasons I make all these videos is so I can look back at my form/weight/reps and make improvements from there. It helps me with my goals to keep pushing myself.
This was my first time using the Viper for presses, but all in all it was a great workout!
